Are You eligible for the OHPA Program?

  • Household net income falls below the specified level. Listed below.

  • Homeownership of a property in Nova Scotia, including detached, duplex/semi-detached, townhouse, or mobile home, with proof of ownership;

  • Year-round residency in the home, serving as the primary residence with no immediate plans for sale;

  • Home is a minimum of 6 months old, with no major renovations initiated.
